Job Description:

Mudd Advertising is seeking Web Developers to help us redefine how our clients connect traditional and digital advertising. Working with a wide range of clients, from large, national brands to local organizations, we need talented new staff members who will be tasked with building web sites, new features for current products and brand new cutting-edge web applications used by millions of people.

Web developers at Mudd Advertising collaborate with teams throughout our organization on the development of products from conception to implementation. A thorough understanding of web frameworks and related technologies is a must with a preference to .NET.

Responsibilities:

Work with team to develop specs for new and existing projects

Develop, test and maintain web applications

Create/maintain web products for customers

Build applications that you are proud of

Maintain a current understanding of emerging and relevant technologies

Participate in departmental code reviews and discussions

Measure and optimize the performance of new and existing software

Requirements:

Thorough understanding of web frameworks and related technologies (.NET preferred)

Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience developing applications

Proficient in relational database technology

Strong OOP skills

Desired:

Experience with developing mobile web applications or native applications

Experience with HTML5 and/or CSS3

A genuine enjoyment of usable user interfaces and building better software

Experience in ASP.NET, JQuery, C#, Javascript, AJAX, CSS, HTML and Flash
