Bill Young Productions ” A creative powerhouse in the entertainment industry is looking to add a superstar Front End Software Developer to our Interactive team.

We are looking for a Front End Developer with a solid understanding of modern web-based technologies, cross-browser development on multiple platforms and a strong eye for creative design. The position allows for the development of unique and interesting content, microsites, integrated ad-based solutions and other compelling applications for the top names in the music industry and corporate America.

Our ideal team member should be comfortable designing and developing rich, interactive features in Flash as well as troubleshooting issues with Flash assets from outside agencies. The role will require an independent, proactive attitude in order to conceive and refine creative solutions that satisfy the demands of world-class clients and meet evolving business needs.

Your Knowledge of Technology Must Include:

AS3/AS2,

SQL

Flex

JQuery

AIR

AJAX

C# (Dot Net Technologies)

HTML5

XML

Javascript

Your Responsibilities Include:

Scripting of Flash Interfaces and Applications in AS 2.0 and AS3 (no timeline animations)

Building tools and technologies to enhance applications and websites.

Experience using JQuery and HTML5

Some .NET C# experience

Maintenance of ongoing projects

Working with Streaming Media

Documentation of work / help documentation

A proactive, quality orientated approach to development

Experience with the following toolset:

* Photoshop Skills in CS or above

* Experience using FDT or Flash Builder without using the Flash IDE

* Visual Studio

* Strong HTML design & coding (must have CSS experience)

* Illustrator CS or above

* Superior attention to detail

* Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

* Time-management and work prioritizing skills

Additional Desired Skills in some of these:

Mobile Development, Social Platform(s), Objective C,
